- Proven ability to develop and deliver innovative curriculum aligned Education Programs, meeting the needs of diverse learners using a range of technologies and contemporary approaches to learning.
- Ability to use digital technology and tools to create and deliver virtual Education Programs.
- Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate and lead projects, ensuring that targets and objectives are achieved within agreed timeframes.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with key stakeholders, particularly professional teaching associations and/or school communities and organisations, regarding education projects.
- Demonstrated capacity to evaluate programs and use insights and expertise derived from programming to critically reflect on and evaluate professional practice in order to enhance the development and delivery of programs.
- Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for own performance and to work effectively in team and individual situations.
- The successful applicant is required to have Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (or relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience) and be willing to undergo and meet the cost of a Working with Children Check and be assessed as suitable.
