About our Kitchens:
The Place Kitchen supports the Hotel's signature all-day dining outlet which serves three main meal periods as well as 24/7 cuisine through in-room dining
Our Main Kitchen services our event spaces including 2 ballrooms and our creative team in Pastry.
Full Time CDP, Commis, Demi, Breakfast & Pizza Chef vacancies are available.
In these roles, you will use your culinary knowledge and exceptional skills to provide outstanding meals for our guests. You will already have knowledge of your specialised area of the kitchen and be confident to prepare meals across our menus.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Exceptional culinary skills and sound knowledge of a variety of different cooking styles.
- Current completed qualifications and sound knowledge of a variety of different techniques. We encourage you to share photos and/or any social media posts featuring your work.
- An understanding of HACCP and the ability to ensure standards are maintained.
- A true passion for food and customer service and the ability to work in a team.
- An ability to attend a CBD workplace full-time.
