The Roles:
- Commis Chef and
- Chef de Partie
Reporting to the Head Chef you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen operation. You will have culinary flair as well as a motivating leadership style to support your enthusiastic team of Chefs.
To be considered for this role you are an experienced Chef with a passion for a la carte dining and managing multiple outlets. You are a person who strives to exceed beyond guest expectations, provide knowledge and growth for your colleagues and are able to adapt to the business needs.

- A trade qualification
- Embraces and celebrates diversity with food and people
- Experience in working within budgets or allocated costs
- The ability to deliver on the administration side of the kitchen such as ordering and stock control
- A passion for developing the people around you, and a desire to grow yourself
- The ability to work autonomously and as a team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
- Firm understanding of legislated Food Safety and able to adhere to the Food Safety Program of the business
- Flexibility to work across 7 days and morning or evenings as required, including public holidays and overnight.
