This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Type: Permanent Full-Time
Location: Perth, WA
Commencement: Mid to Late June or Early July
Salary: $146,000 - $151,000 per annum + Superannuation (Equivalent to $165,000 - $170,000)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a private hospital, specialising in day surgery procedures.
- Ensure efficient and effective management of resources, staff, and patient care services.
- Utilise your perioperative background and senior management experience to drive excellence in patient care.
- Demonstrate understanding of private insurance funding mechanisms (preferred but not essential).
- Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Uphold a customer-focused approach, prioritising patient safety and satisfaction.
- AHPRA registration is essential.
- Ideally, possess a post-graduate qualification in healthcare management or related field.
- Experience in perioperative management and senior leadership roles.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Boasts 3 theatres, 8 overnight beds, and undergoing upgrades to enhance facilities.
- Features 5 Stage I recovery beds, 6 Stage II recovery beds, and 3 Stage III Recliners.
- Specialises in cosmetic, reconstructive, skin cancer, and hand/wrist trauma surgical services.
