About the Organisation:
Statewide Business Training Pty Ltd is a registered, domestic training provider of Nationally Recognised Qualifications with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). (RTO Code 90828). We are located at Unit 2/1 Bounty Close, Tuggerah NSW 2259. We are expanding rapidly in Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney regions and requires a capable Chief Executive Officer.
He/she must be able to influence, lead, multi-task within tight schedules, conversant with the RTO Standards 2015 and Government Fundings. We will consider someone who is/was a Compliance and Training Manager, and has great ambition, to step up to take on a leadership role.
About the role
Reporting to the Director, the Chief Executive Officer is responsible for managing and leading the day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence and compliance of all delivery of qualifications and short courses are achieved. He/she must
- Manage achievement of the company’s targets in delivery programs to meet operational goals and budgets.
- Manage administration, training, compliance and operational personnel across the group, including recruitment and selection processes.
- Ensure policies, legislative, regulatory, compliance and any specific State funding contract requirements are followed at all times.
- Meet financial targets and work within set budgets.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, business partners, government agencies and regulators, vendors and suppliers in their sphere of influence.
You must be willing to grow with the company and be willing to travel to other delivery locations (when required). An immediate start will be offered to the right candidates.
Essential skills and experience
- Working Experiences in a RTO/CIRCOS industry as a manager level.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired).
- Strong knowledge and conversant with Smart & Skilled, Government Fundings.
- Good knowledge and understanding with RTO Standards 2015 and relevant legislations.
- A Bachelor Degree (desired) or must have the relevant experiences in the industry in a management role.
- Intelligent, good computer skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong network and business connections in the Industry.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A Working with Children's check.
- Double COVID-19 vaccination required.
- Police check required.
