The OpportunityAs the CEO, your responsibilities include directly leading hospital management teams, cultivating, and maintaining strong relationships with Visiting Medical Officers and the local community, and actively seeking new opportunities for growth and expansion. At the same time, you'll ensure the attainment of financial and operational objectives for the business. You'll report to the NSW State Operations Manager and receive support from the Director of Clinical Services and Director of Finance. Your leadership will inspire your teams to uphold exceptional standards of customer service and clinical care while also leveraging your influence to drive necessary strategic changes.
What You Will BringTo thrive in this role, you'll need to be a seasoned senior manager or executive with a rich background in the private hospital sector. Your skill set should include not only highly effective management abilities but also a keen financial acumen, and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
Criteria:- Extensive senior management/executive hospital experience is highly desirable.
- Collaborative stakeholder engagement ability.
- Strong business development, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
