City Recital Hall (CRH), located in Sydney, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next phase of strategic growth. Established in 1999, CRH is a distinguished not-for-profit company known for its diverse program of musical performances in the vibrant Angel Place precinct at the heart of Sydney's CBD.
The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, leading teams in operations, financial and administrative management, as well as the development, government, and stakeholder relations of the organisation. Essential to this role is a robust expertise in financial management and a proactive and innovative approach to cultivating philanthropic relationships and broadening partnerships, with the aim of enhancing City Recital Hall's revenue streams and sustainability.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate significant experience in stakeholder relations and possess the capability to articulate a strategic vision for the growth and sustainability of City Recital Hall, effectively translating this vision into actionable plans and initiatives. Strong leadership skills are essential, as is a genuine passion for the arts and a deep understanding of the cultural landscape. The CEO should be dedicated to advancing City Recital Hall's mission of promoting excellence in the performing arts and enriching the cultural life of the community.
