ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to lead and optimize the operational excellence of the firm. You will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth, efficiency, and overall performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily operations, ensuring efficient delivery of advisory services and promoting firm culture and values
- Provide leadership, foster teamwork, and develop staff; assist with business development and fundraising;
- Report monthly to Managing Directors on financials, pipeline, and other business metrics; reporting quarterly to the Board;
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives and business objectives, implement EOS System, and devise marketing strategies;
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control to drive profitability and growth; ensure financial goals are met.
- Maintain client relationships, ensure strong business development pipeline, and ensure high-quality client deliverables.
- Lead HR efforts, manage recruitment and performance reviews, and monitor staff recruitment metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, manage risk, oversee financial and compliance functions, and handle public relations from a risk perspective.
- Proven track record of executive leadership and success in a similar role, professional services is essential;
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to foster collaboration and inspire teams;
- An in-depth understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks;
- Proficiency in financial management and budgetary oversight;
- Experience with operational technology and data-driven decision-making;
- A visionary mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving industry trends;
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
