Key responsibilities and accountabilities;

• Taking customer orders over the counter 
• Guiding customers through the menu
• Preparing our refreshing drinks
• Cooking and preparing pearls and other mix ins
• Cash handling
• Following food safety requirements and cleaning and sanitization of utensils, surfaces, equipment and floors
