Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay updated on drone regulations set by CASA and ensure iDrone Train's operations comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with regulatory bodies.

Training Program Oversight:

• Lead and manage the training team, ensuring trainers are well-versed in current regulations and best practices.
• Develop and update training materials to meet industry standards and regulatory changes.
• Oversee the delivery of training programs across Australia.

Operational Excellence:

• Implement and maintain safe operating procedures for drone operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Fleet Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and management of the drone fleet, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and incorporate advancements in drone technology into operations and training programs.

Qualifications:

• CASA Remote Pilot License (RePL) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in drone training and managing drone operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian drone regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
