Evolve Wellbeing is hiring our next Psychologist to join our growing team of wonderful clinicians, with a shared passion for supporting growth and positive change. A salary or contractor role is available for the right candidate.

About the company
Evolve Wellbeing is a boutique nature themed Psychology and Wellness Clinic located in the bayside suburb of Cleveland, Queensland. We offer psychological and therapeutic services for individuals, couples and families, and provide cognitive and mental health assessments.
Evolve Wellbeing delivers group workshops including; equine therapy, mental health yoga and meditation, and are aligned with a holistic focus on recovery and wellbeing. We work with evidence based and trauma informed therapies and have an integrated model of recovery and care.

About the Role
The successful candidate will:
- Provide psychological services to our clients, and implement appropriate assessment and intervention plans
- Have an interest and proven ability to work effectively with child clients aged 5 + and their families
- Be familiar with reporting requirements for Medicare, Workcover, NDIS
- Be proficient in writing psychological reports and correspondence to referrers and stakeholders
- Follow practice policies, adhere to AHPRA guidelines and Psychology Code of Ethics
- Be willing to broaden therapeutic skillset and growth mindset
- Function with a high degree of initiative and autonomy, as a clinician
- Proficient in use of Powerdiary practice management software
- Have an interest in building career pathways toward leadership, or portfolio roles within Evolve Wellbeing.
Skills and Experience
• Degree in Psychology and/or Clinical Psychology with full registration with AHPRA
• Medicare registered provider and registered with private health funds
• Current and high level of industry knowledge of private practice systems, Medicare and various referral pathways, intervention and evidence-based treatment methodology
• Ability to work with no restrictions in Australia
• Experience in private practice in Australia
• Current QLD driver’s license and Blue Card.
