Position Overview:
As an office administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the childcare centre. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients in person, over the phone and via email
- Assisting with keeping all staff details recorded and up to date
- Providing essential support to educators, allowing them to focus on the children’s needs
- Organising enrolments, overseeing the smooth transition of new children, and managing requested changes to children’s schedules
- Ad-hoc jobs such as preparing reports, ordering inventory, filing, and internal audits of child and staff details

About you…
The successful applicant for this role will possess the following:
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel spreadsheets
- The ability to facilitate effective communication between staff and families, ensuring everyone is informed and updated
- Care and attention to detail
- Experience in administration, ideally with a background in childcare
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Most importantly, a love of children and passion for nurturing a happy and caring environment
Experience with HubHello preferred, but not essential
