AddressThis beautiful not-for-profit centre based in Kogarah is looking for a dedicated Cert 3 to join the team.
This is a full-time role, with opportunities for training, to learn, grow and be part of this well-established centre and team.
Responsibilities:
- As a Cert III or Diploma qualified Educator, you will provide high quality early childhood education and care to children and to support the implementation of an approved learning framework
- Focus on the relationships with the children and families, developing and nurturing on an ongoing basis
- Ensure children are well supervised and supported at all times
Required:
- Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children's Check (NSW)
- Knowledge of the National Quality Standards & Early Years Learning Framework
- Experience in a similar role
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (preferable)
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Understanding of Child Protection legislation, including an approved & current Child Protection Training qualification
