The role
Develop and prepare nutritious, seasonal meals in accordance with the menu. Ensure the preparation of meals meets the specific dietary needs of children with food allergies, food intolerances, and religious or lifestyle requirements. Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic kitchen environment.
You will be expected to have:
- Certificate in Safe Food Handling and Hygiene
- Certificate of Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Certificate in Nutrition and Menu Planning (not essential but highly regarded)
