Are you an experienced and dedicated individual passionate about providing exceptional early childhood education? We are looking for an innovative educator to join our collaborative and dedicated staff at Kora Childcare (Bayswater).

Kora Childcare is a dynamic community not-for-profit organisation in Bayswater, with a long tradition and a strong sense of service to families (40+ years). We provide integrated early childhood services with an inclusion ethos through our child-centred program: the program is based on children's interests. It includes child-initiated learning experiences and intentional learning where educators work alongside children. You will actively contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality early childhood services, catering for children from disadvantaged families with diverse backgrounds. Our teaching staff are part of a strong learning community focused on developing the whole child through quality teaching and a collaborative learning environment.

Selection criteria:
- Demonstrate a commitment to the Church's mission in Catholic Education and the capacity to contribute to the spiritual and community dimensions of the Centre.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards in Early Childhood Education.
- Works cooperatively and collaboratively as part of an energetic and highly capable early childhood team.
- Be an organised staff member who shows initiative and flexibility and displays a positive outlook.
- Demonstrate the capacity and enthusiasm required to build community with staff, parents and children.
- A personal commitment to high work standards and work ethic.
On appointment, successful applicants will require:
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Fitness Medical Certificate.
- National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Work Rights evidence (e.g., visa details)
