Qualification needed:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care -or- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Planning and programming experience to support and collaborate with the Lead Educator; the ability to work well in a team of professionals with the sole purpose of delivering high quality care and education; the ability to converse with families and show understanding.
- Applicants need to be flexible, empathetic, and driven as the room consists of a mixed age range, requiring different levels of care, needs and milestones.
