We're an established NDIS provider offering support to Children with disabilities. 

We are looking for Support Workers that have a qualification or are studying, in the areas of Children, Education, Disability, Community, Sport, Therapy and Healthcare.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A relevant qualification or studying
• Be available Before and/or After School hours
• Be able to travel max 30min for work
• Flexible availability & a long-term commitment to Puzzle
   
• The role may involve:
• Assistance with community access and recreational activities
• Personal care (showering, toileting, and hygiene assistance)
• Attending appointments with children 
• Transportation and social engagement
• Light domestic duties
• Holiday Programs
   
• Essential criteria:
• The legal right to work in Australia
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Working with Children’s Check
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
• Two professional references
