AddressWe are searching for someone to join our team at Dr Brett Crawford’s Chiropractic Clinic.
The role will be approximately 15-20 hours, comprised over 2-3 days a week. There will be opportunity for extra hours to cover sick leave and annual leave.
The role will encompass daily client experience duties which include greeting members as they enter, answering phone calls, being a scheduling genius in booking and scheduling appointments, processing payments, light tidying, and general administration tasks as required.
You will learn to be an assistant to Brett where note taking and assistance to the chiropractor are part of your role.
A strong ability to multitask between reception roles above and face to face communication with members in the practice.
Learn and competently use our digital patient database software (Janeapp).
Ability to handle medical records and personal information discreetly.
Proficient at promotion of business through social media.
A keen interest in holistic health and chiropractic care would be advantageous.
The Practice opening hours are:
Monday 745am -12pm 2-6pm
Tuesday 1- 5pm
Wednesday Closed
Thursday 745am -12pm 2pm-6pm
Friday 745-12 pm
One Saturday of each month 9am- 1pm
You would be required to arrive 15-30 mins before the first shift of the day so the practice is set to receive members for appointments. The afternoon shifts only 15 minutes before.
