We are seeking a passionate Chiropractic Care Assistant dedicated to transforming lives. You'll work closely with our transformational Chiropractors, playing a key role in leading our community towards better health. At our practice, we streamline routine tasks like payments and appointment bookings, freeing you up to focus on what truly matters: patient care. Imagine holding a baby while a mum receives her adjustment, performing nerve scans, demonstrating exercises, fitting spinal orthotics, and guiding patients on maximizing their Chiropractic care and overall health. You will responsible for :
- Owning the front desk, including greeting and engaging with all patients
- Managing patient flow across the practice
- Managing the automations, including setting up patient care programs and payments
- Managing practice admin, including accounts, stock and upkeep
- Answering phone calls and booking in new patients
- Assisting the Chiropractor with nerve scans, exercise consults, spinal orthotic placement and patient care
- Assisting the Chiropractor in ongoing patient education
We provide ongoing extensive training for you to gain all necessary skill sets to excel in this role, however a background in fitness or a basic understanding of anatomy will be a bonus.
We work Monday - Thursday 7.45am - 12.15pm / 1.45pm - 6.15pm.
