About the Role
We are looking for someone to provide assistance to the Community Manager in areas of people management (staff, contractors and residents) in order to build the community. This person will participate in training and development to ensure the highest standards of service are offered to existing and potential residents.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site audits as well as entry and exit inspections and report on findings
- Organise events and activities and evaluate outcomes
- Prepare marketing material and participate in open days
- Network with key community groups and build positive relationships
- Ensure presentation and cleaning standards are maintained
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within seniors living
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- High levels of customer service with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Highly organised and efficient
