You will be responsible for – Making chocolate pralines, bars and products to the highest quality in an efficient manner Preparation of ganache, bases and fillings involving cooking and portioning Tempering of chocolate, hand moulding, panning and enrobing of chocolates Operating equipment and machinery used in the chocolate making process Hand decorating of pralines and chocolate products Working flexibly and hands on as an individual…
