CHPP Operator - Floater
• 12 hour shifts
• $39.13 + penalties
• Casual shifts - work when you are available
About the role
Seeking experienced CHPP Operators for a floater position, to build the production and culture within an established CHPP. You will be an integral crew member with strong leader skills who can drive performance through production processes and assist with coverage on site.
What you will be doing
Within the CHPP you will be required to:
• Operate and monitor the preparation plant to optimise production.
• Identify, report and act on all hazards.
• Operate dozers/Loaders to manage the product coal
• Maintain CHPP equipment as requested during scheduled maintenance periods.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the CHPP
What you will need
• CHPP processing experience or similar heavy industry background
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar role or within an Processing plant Environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and share knowledge and information.
• Current Drivers Licence with reliable transport
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience on CAT 980H front end loaders and CAT D9T Dozer is desired but not essential
• Ability to pass an Order 43 Medical and Drug and Alcohol Test
