What you'll be doing
To work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team utilising professional skills and ability to contribute to client centred care to meet the client’s individual health care needs, with the aim of maintaining and/or improving their health
To provide nursing assessment, evidence based best practice clinical intervention, monitoring, maintenance and education to clients and their carers/families within a home or community based setting

Essential Criteria
Registration: Current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria * Recent relevant experience in a clinical setting as deemed appropriate by WSLHD
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work with attention to detail
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and other members of the multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development.
- Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training of relevant health related information systems
- Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
