What it Takes to Roll with Us - (Allrounder)Our bakeries believe life needs a little frosting. They see the value in helping guests take a blissful break from the ordinary. Here’s the qualities that make up the perfect Cinnabon® bakery colleague:
- Both Full Time and Part Time positions available, please advise which one you are applying for when sending over your resume
- Previous cafe/front of house hospitality experience will be favoured
- Being able to multitask in a very fast paced and dynanic working environment
- The ability to work unsupervised and being able to identify what other tasks require attention
- Good at communicating and have a natural passion with customer service
- You’re a people specialist and an itch for creating loyal customers
- Ability to adapt to different working posts in a fast paced environment
- An awesome team player that enjoys motivating others to grow together
- Flexible and accepting to change
- Passion for quality and always striving for the best
- Adaptability and willingness to support other areas of the bakery when required
- A person that can't say no to good food, coffee and drinks
In addition to the above, our bakers should have the below experiences:
- Mixing dough
- Ability to follow strict recipes
- Knowledge of using baking equipment
- Precise attention to detail, especially when weighing raw ingredients
- Ability to lift heavy items of 25kg
- Emptying, greasing and cleaning baking equipment
