What you see of Cinnabon with the naked eye is only a fraction of what we do. The magic actually starts (and continues) at our secret HQ base located at Homebush across a two storey factory of frosters and bakers. If you're the type that enjoys working from behind the scenes like superheroes, we'd love to meet you with your cape!

We're looking for both Allrounders and Bakers!

We didn’t invent the cinnamon roll, but we sure perfected it. Cinnabon®, the world-famous bakery synonymous with the cinnamon roll, offers guests a sweet escape from today’s busy world. Our irresistible products and outstanding service have taken us from a single bakery in Seattle, Washington to Sydney and beyond with endless opportunities for growth. Our only missing ingredient is you.

What it Takes to Roll with Us - (Allrounder) 

Our bakeries believe life needs a little frosting. They see the value in helping guests take a blissful break from the ordinary. Here’s the qualities that make up the perfect Cinnabon® bakery colleague:

  • Both Full Time and Part Time positions available, please advise which one you are applying for when sending over your resume
  • Previous cafe/front of house hospitality experience will be favoured
  • Being able to multitask in a very fast paced and dynanic working environment
  • The ability to work unsupervised and being able to identify what other tasks require attention
  • Good at communicating and have a natural passion with customer service
  • You’re a people specialist and an itch for creating loyal customers 
  • Ability to adapt to different working posts in a fast paced environment
  • An awesome team player that enjoys motivating others to grow together
  • Flexible and accepting to change
  • Passion for quality and always striving for the best
  • Adaptability and willingness to support other areas of the bakery when required
  • A person that can't say no to good food, coffee and drinks
     
What it Takes to Roll with Us - (Baker/Pastry) 

In addition to the above, our bakers should have the below experiences:

  • Mixing dough
  • Ability to follow strict recipes
  • Knowledge of using baking equipment 
  • Precise attention to detail, especially when weighing raw ingredients
  • Ability to lift heavy items of 25kg
  • Emptying, greasing and cleaning baking equipment
