We are looking for experienced Civil Construction Labourers to join our City Construction team. Further your career by joining a team and being part of Council’s revitalization of the city through its major projects and make a difference to the community.

As a Civil Construction Labourer, you will undertake hands-on works associated in a range of Civil Construction projects including road and pavement works, kerb & gutter, stormwater drainage, concrete work landscape and erosion control.

LET’S HEAR ABOUT YOU  

• You are a reliable team player who prides themselves on completing their tasks efficiently and to a high standard
• Having extensive experience within Civil Construction you will stand out from the crowd with your knowledge and experience with road works, drainage, foreshore improvements and traffic facilities
• You work well under minimal supervision and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to the community.
• Experience and ability to use minor plant and equipment is highly regarded
• Working in Civil Construction you welcome any challenge and approach the ability to learn with an enthusiastic attitude
• Hold a Class C drivers licence and NSW General Construction Induction card or equivalent

• Competitive salary from $29.23 to $33.97 per hour + 12% superannuation
• Commencing salary set in line with skills and experience with annual reviews available to support movement through the salary range
• Enterprise Agreement pay increases apply 
• 38-hour working week with flexible working conditions 
• To and From Use of Commercial Vehicle
• Adverse working conditions allowance
• 15 days personal leave
• 17.5% leave loading
• 4 additional concessional days after 12 months service
