About the Role
As a Civil Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction projects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist with the construction of insitu concrete works generally including kerb & gutter, footpaths, manholes, drainage pits and retaining walls.
- Support the installation of water mains, drainage systems, sewage lines, underground electricity, and communication conduits.
- Aid technical staff in the construction and connection of new electricity infrastructure.
- Assist plant operators in excavating and back-filling cable trenches and pits.
- Lift, carry, and manage construction equipment and materials as required.
- Assist in installing underground pipes and pulling through power cables.
- Perform general labouring tasks such as hand excavation, pit cleaning, loading and unloading trucks.
- Operate and maintain power tools to support construction activities.
- Contribute to the construction and maintenance of roads and pathways.
- Assist in building retaining walls and fences.
- Ensure work sites are clean and organized.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the manager to support project needs.

Requirements
- Current Driver’s Licence (heavy vehicle licence is desirable but not essential)
- White Card
