We are a very passionate small Company that takes pride in every aspect & detail of our work, based near Appin, NSW at a diverse above ground mining environment. Our core business includes the responsibility of all above ground civil work needs, civil project management, plant operation, water management amongst other varying tasks.
There is not a typical day in this role, every day is different and tasks you can expect to complete include:
- Civil project management.
- Plant operation - Excavator, Skid Steer, Backhoe, Dump Truck , Heavy Vehicle, Telehandler.
- Water management.
- Environmental compliance.
- Diverse civil tasks including take 2 analysis, toolbox talks and various WH&S mandatory paperwork.
- Physical tasks on a daily basis; shovelling; lifting etc (Please do not apply if you can not meet this criteria)

We are looking to fufill several full time roles, with enthusiastic and engaged candidates to join our small team. To be successful in the role you will need to be:
- Hard working.
- Use initiative, be proactive and be willing to learn.
- Hold your driver’s license and be willing to work flexible hours. HC Heavy Vehicle license is ideal
- Previous plant operation experienece.
- Previous mechanical experience; fencing experience; farming experience; plumbing and civil experience is ideal
- Previous Civil Project Management Experience
- Must hold VOC backhoe/excavator/skid steer ticket. Candidates need to be able to work in a team environment and also unsupervised.
5 weeks annual leave per year + personal leave + your birthday is considered a holiday and is a paid day off.
Daily ‘home to workplace’ transport available depending on living address, saving significant money on weekly fuel/car costs.
Regular overtime hours occur weekly, approximately 15 hrs per week at Time & a Half and Double Time rates.
