IEPro has been requested by their growing Civil Contracting Client to seek an ambitious Assistant Development Manager to contribute across the full spectrum of property development activities under the mentorship of their Development Manager and Development Director.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and project feasibility analyses to ensure profitability and sustainability.
• Contribute to crafting innovative project designs and strategic plans, securing approvals while meeting community, environmental, and market demands.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop impactful strategies that elevate project visibility and sales outcomes.
• Monitor construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain meticulous project documentation and reporting, facilitating streamlined project administration.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Property Development, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a role related to Civil Engineering or property development, demonstrating a deep understanding of the development process.
• Exceptional project management skills, a strong financial acumen, and excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; familiarity with development software is advantageous.
