About the Role
The Civil Engineer / Project Manager's position will involve working in conjunction with the Management Team on selected projects including:
- contract administration including preparation of progress and variation claims;
- providing knowledge and advice on technical matters; and
- project administration, client, service authorities, subcontract & resident liaison;
- developing client relationships;
- preparation of tenders and quotations for review;
- material take off, ordering, authorizing invoices, monitoring and project costing;
- developing project related project management & safety management plans;
- Onsite and office based duties.
Consideration will also be given to inexperienced applicants with relevant qualifications.

Skills and Experience
Applicants with the following skills should apply:
- Experience within civil construction, design or local government
- Experience of tendering, contract administration and project costing
- Understanding of project management and safety management plans
- High level literacy, numeracy and computer skills
- A team player who is a good communicator and eager to learn
- Hold a current drivers license.
