K&H Geotechnical Services Pty Ltd is an industry leader within the Construction Materials Testing sector. Opportunities are available in Main K&H Laboratory located at Parkes in Central Western NSW. K&H is seeking Civil Engineering Technician/Geotechnical Laboratory Technician to join the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Performing and directing fieldwork and laboratory testing
- Conducting laboratory and field testing and sampling of fresh concrete
- collecting and analysing data and carrying out computations.
- Test according to the relevant standards
- Conform with all site safety requirements.
- Follow laboratory quality and date procedures including Laboratory Information Management System (eg Qestlab) and documentation processes
- Adherence to NATA requirements
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within soils or/and concrete laboratory
- Civil Engineering degree or diploma
- Construction materials testing expertise.
