AddressDue to continued sustainable growth and a great pipeline of projects, we are looking for another 2IC / Leading Hand / Site Foreman.
You'll collaborate with project engineers, subcontractors and site staff, requiring excellent leadership. Essential are deep civil construction insights, covering earthworks, service installation, pavement construction and regulatory awareness. A hands-on, lead-by-example style is vital. Your Role:- Lead earthworks, road/pavement work, drainage, and more.
- Follow project plans and guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients and subcontractors.
- Ensure safety and quality standards.
- Previous experience as a site foreman/Leading hand in Civil construction ideally on commercial projects.
- Willingness to work in Melbourne, Geelong, and Regional VIC.
- Construction White Card and valid Driver's License.
- Previous experience using machinery in construction plant and equipment.
- Sound OHS knowledge & ability to follow processes.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Flexible and easy to get along with.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
