About the role;
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to deliver under clear timeframes given
- High cost, quality and environmental control
- The ability to read and understand site drawings
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors
- Consult with clients and managers
- Supervision of team members
- A focus on all WHS standards
Application requirements:
- Bulk earthworks and stormwater experience
- White Card
- Australian drivers license
- Proven team management experience
- Strong organisational skills i.e planning, budgeting and reporting
- Awareness of local community/council requirements
- Adaptive skills for problem solving
- Experience in delivering projects in accordance with plans and guidelines
- Dedication to maintaining and developing a culture of safety and health
