Are you an experienced Foreman with specialised knowledge in Structure or Civil work? An exciting opportunity awaits you to join our client's team in West Brisbane. In this role, you'll have a pivotal responsibility in supervising and directing the structural and civil components of their projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate structural and civil construction activities on-site.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage and motivate a team of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Monitor budgetary requirements and resource allocation for efficient project execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Foreman in Structure or Civil works.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Relevant trade qualification or certification in Construction or a related field.
