AddressConnect Resources is an industry leading brand in civil construction in QLD, WA and NSW, supplying labour hire to major contractors such as Georgiou, Downer and CPB Contractors.
We are currently looking for Civil Labourers at the Port of Brisbane. You will be working for a civil company that does everything from civil in ground works to road construction. The work is ongoing but you must be physically fit , as there is a lot of heavy lifting/digging work involved.
Job role duties:
- Assisting with the digging of holes for installation of stormwater/drainage pipes
- Heavy manual handling of pipes to manoeuvre in to place when being installed
- Off-siding/spotting for the Excavator Operator on site
- Assisting the pipe-layers when required
- General site duties (Clean up, off-siding, using hand tools etc)
- Previous experience as a Labourer in a civil environment
- Prior experience in a physically demanding civil role
- A current drivers licence.
- Construction blue/white card.
