ROC Communications is one of Sydney's most successful and growing telecommunications & civil infrastructure companies. We deliver communications infrastructure to a diverse range of clients including local councils, medium and large civil infrastructure projects and the top tier Telco asset owners.
We are currently looking for additional staff to work on large infrastructure and telecommunications projects within Sydney and surrounds.
We are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join our growing team. If you have experience as a Civil Labourer, HR Truck Driver, Excavator Operator or Horizontal Directional Drilling Operator - or a combination of the above - we WANT to hear from YOU!
The successful applicant/s will require the following experience and knowledge within:
- General civil construction experience in trenching, pit and pipe and conduit installation
- Experience in Excavation Operations - work around existing infrastructure
- Service locating
- Have a willingness to learn and progress in an expanding industry
- Hold a current truck license (HR highly regarded)
- General maintenance of equipment with mechanical knowledge
- Working to high safety standards
- Be physically capable to perform manual tasks & work within a team environment
- Experience in horizontal directional drilling (HDD), tracking/steering
The successful applicant will have the following qualifications:
- HR/ MR NSW License
- White Card
- Excavator License
Desired but not essential
- Forklift license
- First Aid
- Confined spaces trained
- VOC for Horizontal Directional Drill and Vacuum Excavation Unit
