Position Summaries:
Civil Crew Leader - This role primarily involve working and managing a small team trenching and installing conduits and pits.
Requirements:
- Prior experience managing small Civil Crew made up of an operator and labourers.
- Prior experience as a telecommunications operator, preferably with exposure to large Telecommunication builds.
- Strong physical ability and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Excellent understanding of safe work practices and the ability to follow safety protocols at all times.
- Excellent understanding of DBYD's and Installation plans.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with crew members and supervisors.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- A valid driver's license and HR for Truck driving position
- Relevant certifications such as White Card and First Aid.
This position requires physical endurance, technical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety.
Civil Labourer - This role primarily involve working in a crew of 3-4 installing Telecommunications pits and conduits.
- Prior experience as a telecommunications labourer, preferably with exposure to large Telecommunication builds.
- Prior experience installing telecommunications Conduits and pits
- A valid driver's license and HR for Truck driving responsibilities
- Relevant certifications such as White Card and First Aid
- Strong physical ability and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Excavator Operator - This role primarily involve working in a crew of 3-4 Excavating for the installation of conduits and pits.
- Prior experience as a telecommunications operator, preferably with exposure to large Telecommunication builds.
- Experience working around live services and utilities
