Civil Labourers - Western Suburbs

ARG Workforce is working with a leading civil construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects across Melbourne. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Civil Labourer to join the team in Werribee.

Labouring duties on site include, filling and moving sandbags, working with a lining crew.

Responsibilities: 

• General labor duties
• Assisting with earthmoving and construction activities
• Ensuring a safe and clean worksite

Requirements:

• White Card
• Previous experience in the civil industry
• Any additional civil tickets (e.g., Traffic Control, Roller) would be a bonus, but not mandatory
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Benefits:

• 50 + hour weeks Monday - Saturday
• Ongoing Work
