Lifeview Argyle Court is located in the seaside suburb of Chelsea and is a modern, 45 bed aged care residence. Argyle Court has an enviable reputation on providing outstanding customer service. We pride ourselves on our friendly team environment, which allows our residents to feel right at home. We are looking for a confident, pro-active and competent Registered Nurse (Resident Wellness Manager) that is able to commit to night shifts Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday .

The successful applicant will be:
- A Registered Nurse currently registered in Australia (APHRA) without any notation
- A confident team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that have a passion for leading clinical outcomes
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in an Aged Care in Australia
- Postgraduate qualifications in gerontology, Dementia Care, Palliative Care or Wound Management or relevant discipline would be highly regarded but is not mandatory
- Focused on improving quality of life of our clients
- Understanding of ANACC
- Sound clinical decision-making skills
- Sound understanding of relevant legislation and experience in meeting Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a balanced approach
- Highly organised with proven ability to appropriately prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- Excellent computer skills and ability to use computer software in the delivery of care services
- Hold a current driver’s license
