Greentree Ngaliya Civil and Fencing is a proud family-owned Pilbara Aboriginal Business (PAB) operating in the Pilbara for the past two decades and have become a preferred contractor to the mining companies in the area. We have grown from humble beginnings, initially focusing on large scale fencing projects but now operating a full service civil and construction business.

Our growth as a company is attributed to our customer-focussed methodology completing work to a high-quality standard, on time and on budget. Our workforce is made up of long-term employees that have become vital parts of the Greentree Ngaliya business. 

We are experiencing unprecedented growth and looking for experienced, task-driven workers to join our team.

GENERAL 

• A common-sense and problem-solving approach to tasks
• Honesty and transparency with supervisors and managers 
• Good communication skills and readiness to listen to direction by supervisors and managers
• A willingness to be involved in multiple work scenarios 
• Interest in self-improvement and learning allowing for involvement in a wide variety of projects
• The ability to balance a good quality job with completing jobs within set timeframes
• Experience working in a related role, ideally for multiple years
• An inclination to lead and direct workers preferred but not necessary
• A minimum of C class drivers’ licence
• HR License Favourable 

ABOUT THE JOB 

• FIFO from perth or local surrounding areas 
• Roster 2 Weeks on, 1 Week off 

WE ARE SEEKING 

• GPS System Experienced Dozer Operators 
• GPS System Experienced Excavator Operators 
• Moxy Operators
• Water Cart Operators 
• Rio Tinto Inductions required but open to onboarding the right candidates
