Maintainregisters including document and records registers.Produce documentation and create templates that support the operations of ourinformation security management systems including policies, procedures and workinstructionsWork collaboratively with developers, engineers, product managers and other subjectmatter experts to create content for internal stakeholders and our customersReview and update documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards andcontract requirementsResearch, evaluate, and recommend new documentation tools and methods in support of documentation development and improvement effortsConduct regular audits to ensure processing is completed consistently and in accordance with proceduresCore Competencies, Skills and ExperienceExcellent communicator with a background in network or software engineering who canwrite, publish and maintain accurate, high-quality content and documentation for internalstakeholders and our customersExperience in writing internal policy and procedure documentationThe ability to interpret highly technical information and present it in concise language thatcan be understood by technical and non-technical audiences alikeStrong attention to detailDemonstrated experience in document management systems, related methodologies,strategies and systemsHighly developed organisational skills: the ability to manage and prioritise multipledocumentation projects across different teams, products and servicesStrong collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal; this includes theability to multi-task and work independently while thriving in a geographically distributedteam environmentSound conceptual, planning, analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and enthusiasticBachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or an arts or language field, or an equivalentcombination of education and experienceOpportunity to work in a global organisation and ride the wave of an exponentially growing businessAn agile working environment with the opportunity to test, try and growAccess to a leading training facility, enabling you to develop your skills and careerWorking in international, cross-functional teams.A fun and open team culture.A dynamic and fast-paced yet financially stable environment.How to ApplyUS citizens interested in applying should submit a detailed resume and a cover letter highlighting their qualifications and experience relevant to the role, particularly focusing on LDAP and Cisco ISE experience.
