Duties in brief:
Project Manage the day-to-day running of Tullamarine Airport-related projects, including ensuring that the following disciplines for each project are maintained to an acceptable professional level:
- Design & Integration Management - have a thorough understanding of the project (keeping track of design changes, creating variations, and managing the other Stakeholders at the airport) in collaboration with the SPM/GM/MD.
- Scope Management
- Time Management (programme) in Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Cost Management working with the tender quote sheet, engaging suppliers, monitoring their invoicing, etc
- Quality Management Overseeing the QA Manager
- Human Resources Management
- Communications Management internal reporting and your communication and relationship with the client and client reps are most important.
- Risk Management OHS requirements + managing our crews on-site, i.e. ensuring they are safe and not working too close to asphalt works, traffic management, etc.)
- Procurement Management
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- Construction delivery contractor experience
- Excellent English written and verbal communication
- Ability to travel as required
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- AUSTRALIAN Citizen/PR with Local Civil Construction Contractor exeprience
