Civil Project Engineer

Are you a young Civil Engineer with a couple of years’ experience in the land development or urban infrastructure sector looking for a company with a strong focus on development and training?

My client is a solid mid-tier consultancy with a solid pipeline of work and strong industry reputation as one of the main players in the subdivision and urban development space in WA.

They have built solid teams with plenty of Senior and Principal level staff to act as mentors, your role will be to assist on projects they are managing.

• Culture is big for them – very low staff turnover, held on to staff during downturns
• Very stable pipeline, deal with tier 1 developers in WA and public sector clients.
• Project Engineer style role – managing projects from acquisition of land through to design input and coordination to getting the approvals from council, contract administration, dealing with the client, attending meetings through to construction stage
• Fairly flat structure, move up the food chain and shareholding available once proven tenure and capability
• Flexible/work from home options, social bunch, keep up to date with latest trends in the industry through training and seminars/presentations

• Civil Engineering Degree.
• 1-3 years’ experience as a Civil Engineer in an engineering consultancy in Perth, ideally with exposure to the land development/urban development space.
