Strong but pragmatic decision-making ability.A drive to get things done and see them through to completion.A flexible approach and the ability to influence and motivate others.Key Requirements:Essential - Project Management / Business / Engineering / TradeA minimum of 5 years of experience in project/ contract management, engineering and construction environment.Preferred - Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, or related field.Track record of project management on client side, successfully managing contractors delivering packages in range of AUD $10-100 millionAn understanding of decommissioning/demolition/site remediation
