- Base salary $101,414 + 11% superannuation
- Opportunity to demonstrate project management skills in the community
- Flexible working and hybrid arrangements available
- preparing cost estimates and tender documentation,
- administration of capital works contracts,
- preparing reports and
- liaising with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in delivering civil and/or building construction projects
- Project and contract management experience, including preparation of cost estimates and tender documentation
- Strong communication, negotiation and report writing skills
- Ability to liaise with a broad range of people, community groups and public authorities
- High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and strong problem solving skills
