About the opportunity:To support the delivery of the
North East Link Central Package, we are seeking an experienced
Civil Supervisor to join our team. We require someone with experience in bulk & detailed earthworks including drainage install, pavements & asphalt incl finishing works. The role will also be exposed to a mixture of self-perform and subcontractor management. Role required for immediate start and candidates must be flexible with nightshift.
Minimum Requirements:- Ideally, previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor on a civil project
- Proven experience in successfully delivering large work packages
- Excellent awareness of, and attitude toward Safety
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project
- Effective communication and builds positive relationships with clients, project team, management, suppliers and subcontractors
- Previous experience with budget control and site delivery management
- Self-motivated
- Exceptional Team Leadership skills
- Computer literacy on MS systems & Outlook
