The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction projects, with the ability to deliver projects from conception to completion.

- Supervise civil construction projects from inception to completion
- Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Lead and manage a team of site workers and sub-contractors
- Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring project requirements are met
- Work closely with the projects team to ensure timely delivery of programmed requirements from a cost and time perspective;
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to maintain project schedule and quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction and 2 years in a supervisory role
- Australian driver’s license & Construction White Card
- Subdivision experience highly regarded
- Trade qualification highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, including site preparation, bulk earthworks, drainage, road construction and concreting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
