As our new Pharmacy Assistant, you will be working alongside an amazing and experienced mentoring team in our wonderful pharmacy with your primary focus being providing exceptional customer service for our patients.
We take pride in offering exceptional customer service to our local community 7 days a week to assist with all their healthcare needs. Offering Vaccinations, Webster packing, Compounding, and a large Beauty & Fragrance Range.
You will be joining a professional, dynamic and supportive team with excellent development opportunities to develop your skills with paid training to ensure you are successful on your career path whilst having some fun along the way! Our Pharmacy Assistants
At TerryWhite Chemmart, our Pharmacy Assistants are responsible for carrying out sales activities in the pharmacy, including providing exceptional customer service and making recommendations for over the counter products, as well as advice for their use (in line with your level of experience and training) and processing sales at the till. Your role is also responsible for maintaining the pharmacy to the retail standards of TerryWhite Chemmart.
You will report to the retail manager and the pharmacy owner. The team at Terry White Chemmart Cardiff is commited to caring for our community. With customer care a major focus for us, you will also have a passion for providing a quality and personable service to your customers.
