Location: Sydney NSW
As a Motor Claims Assessor, you will manage a portfolio of claims from start to finish. You will be responsible for building rapport with clients, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and displaying excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to customers and clients.
- Manage a portfolio of Motor Claims, engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
- Perform administrative duties with high attention to detail.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required and contribute innovative approaches to process improvement.
About You:
- A background in customer service or administration.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to develop from a professional perspective and progress within an organisation
- A background in insurance or financial services is desirable but not essential.
