Claims Assessor - Motor Claims

Location: Sydney NSW

As a Motor Claims Assessor, you will manage a portfolio of claims from start to finish. You will be responsible for building rapport with clients, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and displaying excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to customers and clients.
• Manage a portfolio of Motor Claims, engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
• Perform administrative duties with high attention to detail.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required and contribute innovative approaches to process improvement.

About You:

• A background in customer service or administration.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to develop from a professional perspective and progress within an organisation
• A background in insurance or financial services is desirable but not essential.
