Form of workWe are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Sydney office in the role of Claims Consultant in Corporate Travel. The purpose of this role is to manage Corporate Travel claims end to end, by providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers through proactive claim management.
After initial training you will be able to work from home up to 3 days a week!
What are my accountabilities?
- Process claims within your delegated authority
- Meet, if not exceed, claim deadline deliverables
- Ensure compliance with relevant service level agreements and obligation to Codes
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing Corporate Travel claims
- Customer service and claims handling experience (essential)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
