Our client recently turned 10 years old and is celebrating this milestone with exciting opportunities. Due to business growth, this heavy motor insurance brokerage requires a motivated and team-focused Claims Consultant to join their team. Their success in this market is due to their first class customer service and the strong ties they have built with their client network.
The role:
- Autonomously manage a portfolio of complex and diverse heavy motor claims from lodgment to end;
- Liaising with brokers on a daily basis, answering queries in relation to policy coverage and claims;
- Determining liability and engaging with assessors, investigators and solicitors in order to settle claims efficiently and deliver best outcomes to the client within SLA's.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A great work ethic and excellent communication skills
- End to end claims management within commercial motor vehicles, ideally within heavy motors but not essential.
- A delivery oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and a customer service oriented attitude
- Enjoy working with a close knit team of consultants
